Michael Kientzle's practice focuses on intellectual property litigation. He has represented a broad range of technology, media, sports and consumer products companies in intellectual property disputes, including in litigation before the federal courts, the United States Patent and Trademark Office, and the Copyright Royalty Board. Michael has extensive experience in all stages of litigation, having successfully represented clients in jury trials, bench trials, and appeals.

Additionally, his practice includes advising clients on trademark, copyright and related intellectual property matters and assisting clients in managing and enforcing their intellectual property portfolios.

Michael graduated cum laude from Georgetown University Law Center. While at Georgetown, he served as a law clerk to Senator Amy Klobuchar, and was a judicial intern to the Honorable Judge Block of the Court of Federal Claims.
