Chad S. Pearlman

Chad Pearlman's practice focuses on representing commercial lenders, hedge funds and other alternative lenders, borrowers and private equity sponsors in connection with a variety of financing transactions, including leveraged and other acquisition financings, asset-based financings, first and second lien financings and debtor-in-possession and exit financings.

Mr. Pearlman received his JD, cum laude, from the Georgetown University Law Center and his BA in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
