Obtained antitrust clearance for the US$640 million joint venture between SABIC and SK Global Chemicals for the manufacture of high performance polyethylene products.
Cristal USA (fka Millennium Inorganic Chemicals, Inc.) Titanium dioxide antitrust class action litigation
Represent client in putative class action where indirect purchaser plaintiffs allege a price-fixing conspiracy among US producers of titanium dioxide.
BASF Acquisition of Cognis AG
Obtained antitrust clearance for the company's US$3.8 billion acquisition of Cognis AG with Phase I commitments in the European Union and without a second request in the US.
