Represented client with regard to global antitrust review of its US$5 billion acquisition of NDS Group Ltd, a provider of video software and content security solutions.
General Electric Company Caradigm joint venture
Represented client in the formation of a joint venture with Microsoft involving healthcare information technology.
Intel Corporation Purchase of McAfee
Obtained US and EU clearance for Intel in the US$7.68 billion purchase of software provider McAfee.
