Arnold & Porter's Mergers & Acquisitions practice is at the core of the firm's Corporate and Finance practice. We represent buyers and sellers in the negotiation of mergers; stock, asset, and whole-business acquisitions; leveraged buyouts; tender offers; and other transactions involving changes in corporate control.

Our clients include major international and domestic companies, both public and private, as well as private equity firms and other financial institutions. Our clients span many industries, including life sciences, technology, media, energy, aerospace and defense, consumer products, manufacturing, asset management, and services, among others.

The breadth of our regulatory practices complements our core M&A experience to provide a strategic advantage to our clients.
