Environmental Law: Pro Bono

Our pro bono efforts in the environmental space are the logical offshoot of our comprehensive, nationally recognized practice. We bring the same mix of legal know-how and scientific research/credibility to our matters, which span the spectrum of regulatory, transactional and litigation work. And we bring attorneys who are passionate about the subject matter, which is why they donate their highly demanded time to it. For our pro bono clients—nonprofits, academic institutions and concerned individuals pursuing environmental issues for the greater public good—we help with public policy advice and government relations, including legislative and regulatory monitoring and advocacy; incorporation, governance and real estate issue; and representation in local, state, federal, and related administrative forums.
