Arnold & Porter's Public International Law practice is led by a team of former senior US government and international organization officials with exceptional international law experience. These include a former US State Department Legal Adviser (the senior international lawyer in the US government), a former Deputy Legal Adviser, a former Assistant Legal Adviser who later served as General Counsel of the Central Intelligence Agency, a former Assistant Legal Adviser who now heads our International Arbitration practice, and a former US Executive Director of the World Bank.
