Our attorneys tried a FINRA arbitration in which an investment manager accused Charles Schwab & Co. and one of the employees of its investment management division of causing over US$100 million of assets to leave the claimant firm through the use of trade secrets, unfair competition, and breach of fiduciary duty.  Claimant sought US$2.5 million in damages.  After a four day hearing, the arbitrators dismissed all claims against Schwab.
