Multi-family property portfolio acquisition and financing

Our attorneys represented a real estate developer, in partnership with the New York City Pension Funds, in the acquisition and financing of a 3R building - a $270 million portfolio of multi-family apartment buildings in the Bronx - which includes medical offices and more than 2,000 apartments.  The acquisition is part of a commitment by the New York City Pension Funds to invest equity up to $310 million in city properties.
