In Re Anti-Vibrational Rubber Parts Antitrust Litigation
Our attorneys represent Yamashita Rubber Co. and its affiliates in indirect purchaser class action litigations brought by alleged classes of end payors and automobile dealers alleging price fixing in connection with the sale of anti-vibration rubber parts.
In addition, we represent the same companies in a putative direct purchaser class action filed in December 2016. Defendants motion to dismiss was denied, but a motion for interlocutory appeal is currently pending.
We also represent this client in defending a case brought by auto dealers opting out from the Auto Dealer class (filed in June 2017) and a case brought by the large insurance company Geico (filed in June 2018) which are currently pending in the Eastern District of Michigan.
