Kaye Scholer Corporate Department co-chair Stephen Koval and Global Cybersecurity & Privacy Group head Adam Golodner hosted Cybersecurity and Data Privacy: Issues Affecting Businesses on Both Sides of the Atlantic at Kaye Scholer’s New York office.

The seminar included a keynote speech by HE Mr. Xavier Bettel, Prime Minister of Luxembourg, on the eve of his assumption of the rotating Presidency of the Council of the European Union, followed by a panel discussion moderated by Merit E. Janow, Dean of the School of International and Public Affairs at Columbia University.

Panelists included Robert Glaesener, CEO of Talkwalker, Adam Golodner, Partner and Global Cybersecurity & Privacy Leader at Kaye Scholer LLP, Elena Kvochko, Head of Global Information Security Strategy and Implementation at Barclays Bank, Adrien Kirschfink, Strategy Senior Manager of Financial Services at Accenture, and Lt. Gen. (Ret.) Kenneth Minihan, Managing Director at Paladin Capital. Closing remarks were provided by Nicolas Mackel, CEO at Luxembourg for Finance.
