Sebastian Jungermann Leads Full-day Seminar for Antitrust Officials From China

On July 24, 2013, Frankfurt Partner Sebastian Jungermann presented a full-day antitrust seminar at Kaye Scholer’s Frankfurt office for the Anti-Monopoly Delegation from the Ministry of Commerce of the Peoples Republic of China (MOFCOM) and other Chinese antitrust agencies. The Kaye Scholer antitrust  team included Sebastian Jungermann, Michael Weigel and Jens Steger. The topics discussed included German and European antitrust laws, merger control issues in Europe and Germany, private enforcement, state aid, and international antitrust enforcement and leniency strategies. Sebastian was contacted by MOFCOM as a result of Kaye Scholer’s antitrust work in China. The delegation visited the Bundeskartellamt and other institutions during their visit to Germany.
