Breakfast Seminar: How to Deal with Temporary Work Contracts

Partner Hans-Joachim Fritz and Of Counsel Heinz-Bodo Führ will give a breakfast seminar to discuss temporary work contracts on Wednesday, July 9th at 8 a.m. at Kaye Scholer’s Frankfurt office.
A temporary work contract, often called “prolonged probation time,” can be an excellent opportunity to catch up with capacity peaks and respond flexibly to market developments. With respect to the tremendous amount of regulation that is part of part-time and temporary employment law, the design of temporary work contracts with legal effect is very difficult.
In our breakfast seminar, we will outline the main risks and problems and discuss how to design smart contracts.
