Frankfurt Office to Host Employment and Labor Law Seminar

Kaye Scholer’s Frankfurt office will be hosting a How to Deal With Terminations breakfast seminar on June 17, 2015.

As every separation is difficult to deal with, termination agreements have to be designed properly to avoid unnecessary conflicts and trouble. Therefore, one has to consider many requirements due to legal review of terms and conditions, tax law as well as social security law.

The seminar is designed to give participants a summary on the design and negotiation of those regulations with special respect to specific clauses. After the formal presentations, an open discussion and Q&A exchange is planned.
