Joel Greenberg, Co-Chair of the Corporate & Finance Department, served as a panelist at The University of Texas School of Law's 3rd Annual Mergers & Acquisitions Conference at the Ritz Carlton in Dallas on October 4-5. Mr. Greenberg participated in a session on October 5 titled "Update: Negotiating Trends and Practices in Private Target, Public Target, and LBO Deals." This session compared and contrasted market practices in negotiating common yet distinct forms of acquisitions based on the framework of updated benchmark studies.
