Fourth Annual Institute on Corporate, Securities, and Related Aspects of Mergers and Acquisitions

Joel Greenberg, Co-Chair of the Corporate & Finance Department, participated in a session at The Dickinson School of Law at Penn State's Fourth Annual Institute on Corporate, Securities, and Related Aspects of Mergers and Acquisitions at The New York City Bar on October 15-16. The session, titled "Public Company Acquisition: A Mock Negotiation," focused on corporate law, contract law and SEC issues, including proxy solicitation and shareholder communications and the current state of law on deal protection devices.
