Lori Leskin and Sheila Boston Speak at DRI's 24th Annual Drug and Medical Device Seminar in New Orleans

Lori B. Leskin and Sheila S. Boston, both Partners in the Product Liability Litigation and Counseling practice, spoke at DRI's 24th annual Drug and Medical Device Seminar in New Orleans on May 1 – 2, 2008. Ms. Leskin presented the program titled "Procedural and Strategical Considerations for Winning Mass Tort Litigation on General Causation Grounds." Ms. Boston is on the DRI Drug and Medical Device Steering Committee that plans the conference and she moderated a panel of in-house counsel titled "What Matters Most To In-House Counsel – A Roundtable Discussion." The participants included Vijay V. Bondada of Pfizer Inc., Catherine B. Levitt of Astellas US LLC and William J. Ruane of Wyeth.
