Joel I. Greenberg, Co-Chair of the Corporate & Finance Department, served as a panelist at The University of Texas School of Law's 4th Annual Mergers & Acquisitions Conference at the Four Seasons Hotel in Houston on October 2-3, 2008. Mr. Greenberg participated in a session on October 3 titled "Mock Negotiations of Key Deal Terms." The panel staged an interactive mock negotiation to illustrate the discussion between the parties in an acquisition of a publicly traded or privately held company.
