Waks Serves as Panelist in Federal Bar Council Program

Jay W. Waks (Partner, Litigation; Partner, Employment & Labor Law, New York Office) appeared as a panelist in the program "The Law and Practice of Mandatory Retirement in the Profession," given by the Federal Bar Council. The program was held on Wednesday, November 12 and explored the legal framework, including the resolution of EEOC v. Sidley Austin, within which the retirement of partners and other lawyers has been pursued by law firms and its implications for law firm practice and the interests of the public that lawyers serve.
