Claudia, Robert, Julian and Sebastian presented the latest antitrust law developments that may affect U.S. companies. This program continues the ABA’s popular monthly series of brown bags in which antitrust practitioners report on the most recent developments at the agencies and in the courts in the U.S. and in international jurisdictions. The update portion of the program lasted approximately one hour, including a Q&A period at the end.
