Z. Scott, Partner in the White Collar Litigation and Internal Investigations practice, spoke at Minority Corporate Counsel Association’s 2011 CLE Expo in Chicago on March 15–17, 2011, in Chicago. Ms. Scott moderated the session “Global Anti Corruption Enforcement: The Race to One Up the U.S.,” on March 17, 2011. The panel discussed anti-corruption enforcement actions initiated outside the U.S. by countries such as China, Russia and Brazil.
