Diane Holt Frankle Leads Panel at the 2011 ABA Business Law Section, Spring Meeting

Diane Holt Frankle, Partner in the Corporate & Finance Department led a panel at the 2011 ABA Business Law Section’s Spring Meeting in Boston from April 14 – 16, 2011. The meeting is considered the Business Law Section’s largest, educational, informational and networking event of the year, and featured some of best in the business litigation and corporate law practices nationwide. Ms. Frankle led the panel titled “Breaking Away — Negotiating the Termination Provisions in Public Company Merger Agreements” on April 14, 2011. The program discussed the model agreement for an acquisition of a public company in a stock for stock merger, including guidance on drafting No Shop, Meeting Covenant and Termination provisions
