Saul P. Morgenstern to speak at PLI’s Antitrust Institute 2012: Developments & Topics Seminar in New York, NY

Partner and Co-chair of the Antitrust Practice Group, Saul P. Morgenstern will speak on “Cartels and Other Horizontal Relationships” at PLI’s Antitrust Institute 2012: Developments & Topics Seminar in New York on May 7-8, 2012.

The seminar will discuss how a reinvigorated antitrust enforcement has resulted in changes to critical areas of antitrust law, from mergers to resale price maintenance, and cartels to price discrimination.
