National Gay & Lesbian Chamber of Commerce New York Chapter’s Legal Industry Council Presents Corporate Governance CLE

The National Gay & Lesbian Chamber of Commerce New York Chapter’s (NGLCCNY) Legal Industry Council will present a review of legal issues in corporate governance on June 19, 2012 at the offices of Debevoise & Plimpton LLP (919 3rd Ave. (at 55th Street)). Four panelists will discuss numerous corporate governance topics, including: the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and UK Bribery Act, internal investigations, and Board of Director and management responsibilities. Panelists will include:

  • Jonathan Green, Counsel, Complex Commercial Litigation, Kaye Scholer LLP
  • Mark Califano, SVP and Managing Counsel for Litigation, Author, American Express
  • Jonathan Tuttle, Partner, Litigation Department, Debevoise & Plimpton LLP
  • Tim Wirch, Of Counsel (Panel Moderator), Kurzon LLP

This event is offering 1.5 CLE credits, a chance to learn more about the NGLCCNY Legal Industry Council and the NGLCC National Legal Partnership, and the opportunity to connect with other professionals. Breakfast and registration begins at 8:00 a.m., and the seminar will last from 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
