Diane Frankle to speak at PLI’s Silicon Valley Corporate Law Update 2013

Palo Alto Corporate partner Diane Holt Frankle will speak on “Technology M&A Developments” at PLI’s program “Silicon Valley Corporate Law Update 2013; Start-Ups, Financings, IPOs, M&A” in Palo Alto on January 10, 2013. Diane will participate in an expert panel which will discuss the current status of M&A in the technology sector, focusing on case law developments, various stockholder strategies, private equity and venture-backed company transactions.
