Jesch to co-host Management Circle Conference on “The Future of Offshore Funds”

Dr. Thomas A. Jesch, Counsel in the Frankfurt Office, is to co-host an Offshore Funds Conference in Frankfurt (March 5, 2013) and Munich (April 9, 2013) and will report about the legal and tax considerations for German GPs when choosing an offshore fund vehicle. For the first time, this German funds conference will bring together leading experts from, e.g., the Cayman Islands, Guernsey, Ireland, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg and Switzerland.
