Sebastian Jungermann to speak at IBA/AIJA Antitrust-Seminar in Marseille

Partner Sebastian Jungermann will participate on an antitrust panel on agriculture, and deliver a presentation at a seminar on “Competition Law Issues in Regulated Industries” on June 21 in Marseille. The seminar is jointly organized by the International Bar Association and the International Association of Young Lawyers. The agricultural panel will examine the conflicts between the traditional cooperative model and modern antitrust rules, as well as between agricultural policy goals and antitrust. Sebastian’s presentation will deal with concentrations in the EU and German agricultural and food sectors, and will assess collective price-fixing systems under antitrust scrutiny.
