Renz Discusses on Compliance Requirements for Small and Medium-Sized German Companies

Frankfurt-based counsel Hartmut T. Renz spoke at a seminar hosted by IHK in Ulm on the impact of compliance requirements on the organization of small and medium-sized companies in Germany. He discussed the introduction of compliance organizations and the implementation of a good compliance culture, as well as the avoidance of compliance in small and medium-sized companies without significant regulatory requirements.
