Corporate Partner Diane Holt Frankle will participate in the M&A section of the “Antitrust, Governance and M&A 2015: Challenges & Conundrums for the West Coast” conference on January 23, 2015 in Berkeley, CA. Diane will join top practitioners in the M&A field, including Vice Chancellor J. Travis Laster of Delaware Chancery Court and Chris Cernich, Director of M&A and Proxy Contest Research at Institutional Shareholder Services, among others, to discuss current key topics in M&A.
