Renz Discusses Traits Needed to Be a Successful Compliance Officer

Frankfurt-based Counsel Hartmut Renz will speak on the panel discussion “What Are the Rights and Competencies Needed to Be a Successful Compliance Officer?” at the German Compliance Conference on March 23–24 in Berlin. Hartmut will focus on the types of compliance communications and cultures that lead to a successful compliance management system. Key elements include the tone at the top and the placement of the compliance function at the so called second line of defense consistent with the IKS (Internen Kontrollsystems (internal control system)).
