Frankle to Participate in PLI’s Acquiring/Selling Privately Held Companies Event
Silicon Valley-based Corporate Partner Diane Holt Frankle will be participating in Practicing Law Institute’s Acquiring or Selling the Privately Held Company 2015 seminar in San Francisco on April 27–28. The event features experienced faculty providing step-by-step instruction for buying or selling a privately held company—whether it is a large corporation, a subsidiary or a small venture-capital-backed or family-owned enterprise. Topics cover all aspects of the transaction, from analyzing the terms of an agreement and various negotiation strategies, to recognizing ethical issues and avoiding common drafting pitfalls.
Diane will be participating on the second day of the seminar on the “Mock Negotiation and Analysis of Form of Acquisition Agreement” panel.
