Dr. Hans-Joachim Fritz, head of Kaye Scholer’s German Employment & Labor Law practice, will discuss “Duties and Risks of Management with Special Respect to Compliance Infringements” at the 4^th Annual Meeting of PGUB Management Consultants GmbH for the automotive industry’s top executives in Wiesbaden on August 14, 2015.
