Greenberg to Speak at PLI’s M&A 2016 Trends and Developments Seminar

Partner Joel Greenberg will be speaking on the “Negotiating the Public Company Merger Agreement” panel at the Practicing Law Institute’s Mergers & Acquisitions 2016: Trends and Developments seminar in New York. The panel on January15 will discuss tailoring the merger agreement to fit the deal, latest regulatory covenant trends, deal protection and closing conditions.

The two-day PLI program (January 14-15, 2016 ) will focus on recent developments regarding deal structures, potential financial advisor conflicts, appropriate board processes and guidance, key provisions in merger agreements, deal protection provisions, special private equity considerations and certain key disclosure and other SEC issues as well as recent trends and developments regarding Delaware litigation.
