Greenberg to Discuss M&A Negotiating at ABA Business Law Section Annual Meeting

Senior Corporate partner Joel Greenberg will participate in the "M&A Negotiating Nuggets—An Illustrative Negotiation of Key Provisions in the Acquisition of a Privatively Held Company" CLE program on September 9, 2016. The program, part of the ABA Business Law Section's three-day annual meeting, is sponsored by the Section's Mergers and Acquisitions Committee, which Greenberg formerly chaired.

The annual ABA Business Law Section Meeting, held this year in Boston from September 8-10, is expected to attract more than 1,600 business law professionals for premier CLE, practice-specific substantive sessions and networking opportunities.
