Brandon Alexander is an Attorney and Advisor in the Corporate & Finance Group, with experience across three core practice areas: life sciences, technology, and investment management. He supports clients in each of these areas with contract drafting, analysis, review, and negotiation.
In his life sciences and consumer practice, Mr. Alexander supports the negotiation and preparation of clinical trial agreements, sponsored and collaborative research agreements, manufacturing and supply agreements, laboratory and other service agreements, material transfer agreements, consulting agreements, product purchase agreements, and vendor contracts.
In his technology practice, he supports the negotiation and drafting of IT services agreements, SaaS agreements, software licensing arrangements, and other technology-related commercial contracts.
In his investment management practice, Mr. Alexander assists clients with matters relating to the formation and management of private equity funds, hedge funds, venture capital funds, and other alternative investment vehicles.
In addition, Mr. Alexander supports corporate clients with contract review, due diligence, and quality control, and is often called upon to train new attorneys in legal analysis and contract drafting.
