Brandon Alexander

Brandon Alexander is an Attorney and Advisor in the Corporate & Finance Group in the Newark office. Mr. Alexander ’s primary responsibilities include supporting clients with contract drafting, analysis, negotiation and review with a focus on the life sciences industry. As part of his primary duties, Mr. Alexander routinely prepares agreements integral to the life sciences industry, including agreements for clinical trials and sponsored/collaborative research, laboratory and other support services, consulting services, material transfers, IT and SaaS, and vendor and purchase agreements. Mr. Alexander also has extensive experience training and assisting new attorneys in legal and contract drafting. Additionally, Mr. Alexander supports corporate clients with contract drafting, contract review, due diligence and quality control. In addition to his contract work, Mr. Alexander has prepared and reviewed documents for Special-purpose asset company (SPAC) initial stock listings.
