Each year, Arnold & Porter’s Trial School gives associates the opportunity to develop their courtroom skills through an immersive mock trial experience. This year, with guidance from firm partners, participants delivered opening statements and closing arguments, conducted direct and cross examinations of witnesses, argued before a judge, and presented their case to a jury.
It was a challenging, hands-on experience designed to prepare the next generation of trial lawyers for the moments that matter, long before they face them in a real courtroom.
