Yenis Argueta Guevara

Yenis Argueta Guevara specializes in patent infringement litigation and commercial disputes. She advises clients across a range of industries, including biomedical devices, life sciences, and mobile and wireless technologies. Yenis has experience in all stages of litigation, including pre-suit investigations, discovery, pre-trial motions, trial, post-trial motions, and appeals. Yenis has practiced in various federal district courts and before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board.

Yenis maintains a robust pro bono practice focusing on immigration matters. Yenis has successfully obtained asylum and other forms of immigration relief for multiple clients.

Yenis graduated from Seton Hall University School of Law and Syracuse University. At Seton Hall, Yenis was an editor of the Seton Hall Law Review. Prior to joining Arnold & Porter, Yenis worked at another prominent law firm.
