Junghyun Baek's practice focuses on anti-corruption, export controls, sanctions, and political law compliance. Junghyun has experience helping clients establish compliance programs, conduct compliance risk assessments/audits, and conduct internal investigations.
Junghyun graduated cum laude from Harvard Law School, where he served as a Lead Executive Editor for the Harvard International Law Journal. While in law school, he interned for the Honorable Douglas Wilkins of the Massachusetts Superior Court and worked at the World Bank Group. Junghyun received his undergraduate degree summa cum laude from Seoul National University. He is fluent in Korean.
