Eitan Bender concentrates his practice on commercial real estate transactions. Mr. Bender represents investment banks and other institutional lenders in the origination and restructuring of mortgage and mezzanine loans for the refinancing of properties throughout the United States. He advises developers and institutional investors in the acquisition, sale, development, and financing of commercial, retail, hospitality, condominium, and multifamily residential properties. Mr. Bender's practice also includes work on commercial mortgage-backed securitizations and loan portfolio purchase and sale transactions.
