Nathaniel D. Berman

Nathaniel is a litigator whose practice includes commercial disputes, white-collar defense, and internal investigations.

Nathaniel earned his J.D. from NYU School of Law. During law school, he interned with the Criminal Division of the United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York and with the Honorable Leo T. Sorokin of the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts. He also served on the NYU Moot Court Board, where he was an author and editor for its annual Casebook, and competed in national appellate advocacy competitions.
