Brett Bethune concentrates his practice on complex civil litigation matters. He also maintains an active pro bono practice.

Mr. Bethune rejoined the firm after clerking for the Honorable W. Duane Benton of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. He received his law degree cum laude from Georgetown University Law Center, where he served as a senior articles editor of the Georgetown Journal of Legal Ethics. While in law school, Mr. Bethune was a law clerk for Senator Patrick Leahy (VT) on his Senate Judiciary Committee staff.
