Annie Blackman focuses her practice on a broad range of life sciences and healthcare matters. She counsels clients on regulatory, compliance, transactional, and legislative issues.

Ms. Blackman received her JD from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where she served as an executive editor of the Journal of Law and Social Change and as a senior editor of The Regulatory Review. Also during law school, Ms. Blackman was the Co-Chair of Penn Law's chapter of If/When/How: Lawyering for Reproductive Justice. Prior to law school, she worked as a paralegal at the Federal Trade Commission's Bureau of Consumer Protection and as a contract paralegal with the US Attorney's Office's Civil Enforcement Division in the Northern District of Illinois, working on issues in healthcare fraud. She received her Bachelor of Arts from The Johns Hopkins University in International Studies.
