Devon Blevins is an associate in the firm's Labor & Employment Practice Group. Her experience includes representing employers in a range of labor and employment matters before state, federal, and administrative courts. Her traditional labor law practice includes representing employers before the National Labor Relations Board in unfair labor practice and pre- and post- election hearings, advising employers on union organizing and other labor-management issues, representing employers in labor arbitrations, and collective bargaining. Devon also represents employers in employment litigation matters, including defending discrimination, retaliation, and wage & hour claims.
