Joseph Buonadonna focuses his practice on commercial real estate transactions. He counsels investment banks and institutional lenders on the origination, restructuring, and workout of mortgage and mezzanine loans that support the acquisition, development, and refinancing of properties nationwide. He also represents developers and institutional investors in negotiating the purchase, sale, development, and financing of commercial real estate assets. Joseph’s practice further includes commercial mortgage-backed securitizations, loan portfolio purchase and sale transactions, and other complex real estate financings.
