Lily Cao focuses her practice on a broad range of life sciences and healthcare matters. She counsels clients on regulatory, compliance, transactional, and legislative issues.
Lily graduated cum laude from the University of California College of the Law, San Francisco, where she served as a health law research assistant, teaching assistant, and pro bono mandarin interpreter. During law school, Lily also served as an extern at AHLA and intern at a major medical device company. Prior to law school, Lily worked in clinical, business, and operational roles across healthcare, pharmaceutical, and medical device industries. She received her Bachelor of Science from the University of California, Irvine in Biological Sciences.
