Greg Caramenico's practice focuses on the formation and operation of private funds, particularly in the private equity, venture capital, and real estate strategies.

Additionally, Greg advises individual, family office, and institutional investors regarding private fund investments and various private capital transactions, including emerging company/founder transactions, direct investments, seeding arrangements, and secondaries.

He has broad experience structuring bespoke investment arrangements including separately managed accounts, co-investment vehicles, continuation vehicles, funds-of-one, and customized special purpose vehicles.
