Erica Carra focuses her practice on general commercial and complex litigation, investigations, and white collar matters. She represents and advises clients across the commercial landscape in litigation in U.S. federal and state courts. Erica has experience representing plaintiffs and defendants alike. Erica also maintains an active pro bono practice, with a focus on reproductive rights and veterans support matters.
Erica earned her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center where she was the editor-in-chief of the Annual Survey of White Collar Crime, a research assistant for Professor Donald Langevoort's treatise on insider trading, and a constitutional law tutor. While in law school, she served as an intern for the Honorable Paul A. Engelmayer, U.S. District Judge for the Southern District of New York, as well as for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission's Division of Enforcement.
