Casey Caruso is part of the firm’s general litigation practice group. Casey currently supports the antitrust/competition practice group and is assisting on a large, complex litigation case. Casey is also assisting the pro bono team, petitioning USCIS for a Special Immigrant Juvenile Status application of behalf of a young female applicant. Casey is a member of WISE (Women’s Initiative for Success and Empowerment) at Arnold & Porter.
Prior to joining Arnold & Porter, Casey interned in the family magistrate’s office in Montgomery County Circuit Court in Rockville, MD. She spent her 1L summer interning at the Middle District of Tennessee District Court in Magistrate Judge Frensley’s chambers. She worked as a summer associate at Arnold & Porter during her 2L summer. Additionally, during her 3L year, she had an externship as in-house counsel with the Nashville Predators.
Casey graduated from Vanderbilt University Law School where she was a notes editor for the Journal of Technology and Sports Law, booked her Professional Responsibility class, and was on the Dean’s List for several semesters.
