Ai-Li A. Chiong-Martinson

Senior Associate

Ai-Li Chiong-Martinson is a senior associate in the firm’s Labor & Employment group. She defends employers in state and federal court, and private arbitration, against claims of discrimination, retaliation, state law torts, and wage and hour law violations. She also represents employers with unionized workforces in labor arbitrations. In addition to employment law matters, Ai-Li has experience representing individuals and companies in complex commercial litigation. Ai-Li has represented clients through all stages of a case, from pre-litigation negotiations to appeal.

Ai-Li graduated magna cum laude from Seattle University School of law, where she served as the managing editor of the Seattle Journal of Environmental Law. Before joining the firm, Ai-Li served as a law clerk for the Honorable Debora L. Stephens of the Washington State Supreme Court and the Honorable Thomas O. Rice in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Washington.
