Kevin Cosgrove's practice encompasses a broad range of complex litigation in both state and federal courts. He is also active in pro bono matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Cosgrove worked as a law clerk at the San Francisco District Attorney's Office. During law school, he served as the senior submissions editor for the Berkeley Journal of Criminal Law. He was also a clinical law student at the East Bay Community Law Center's Consumer Protection Clinic and a student volunteer at the Oakland Wage Justice Clinic, where he assisted aggrieved workers filing complaints for wage and hour violations.

Prior to law school, Mr. Cosgrove worked as a software engineer, building cutting-edge data management and analytics tools.
