Kevin Cosgrove's practice focuses on intellectual property litigation and other litigation matters involving complex technical and scientific issues. He is also active in pro bono matters.

During law school, Kevin served as the Senior Submissions Editor for the Berkeley Journal of Criminal Law. He volunteered at the San Francisco District Attorney’s Office and the Oakland Wage Justice Clinic and was a clinical law student at the East Bay Community Law Center's Consumer Protection Clinic.

Prior to his legal career, Kevin worked as a software engineer, building cutting-edge data management and analytics tools.
